2024年誕生。
実店舗を持たないファントムロースターとして、電波のように島から情熱を発信。
味の輪郭を探るレーダーのように、私たちは一杯の中にある微細な音や色、質感を探究し続けます。

トップスペシャルティから実験的なマイクロロットまで、アジア、アフリカ、中南米の多様な産地を旅するようにセレクト。
瑞々しい果実味と明るい酸を特徴とする “Juicy Light Roast” という独自の焙煎スタイルで、コーヒーの持つ本来の個性を引き出します。

島から、世界へ。

Surrounded by calm seas and scattered islands, RADAR ROOM is a coffee brand that shares passion worth remembering, carried through each cup.

Founded in 2024.
As a phantom roaster without a physical storefront,
we transmit our passion from the island, like a signal through the air.
Like a radar tracing the outline of flavor, we continue to explore the subtle sounds, colors, and textures found within every cup.

From top specialty coffees to experimental micro lots,
we curate selections from Asia, Africa, and Latin America as if traveling through origins.
With our signature roasting style, Juicy Light Roast,
we draw out the true character of each coffee, defined by vibrant fruit notes and bright acidity.

From the island to the world.
And beyond, into somewhere in space,
hoping to resonate with someone’s senses.
